Customer Terms & Conditions

TryAquaDrop is a technology platform that connects customers with independent water vendors and facilitates ordering and delivery-related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TryAquaDrop does not manufacture, purify, process, fill, package, seal, store, or independently test the water/products supplied by vendors.

The vendor supplying your order is responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, source, storage, packaging, sealing, cleanliness, condition, and regulatory compliance of the water and water cans/products supplied by that vendor.

Any issue relating to contaminated water, unusual taste or smell, dirty cans, damaged/leaking containers, broken seals, incorrect products, or product quality or hygiene should be reported immediately. TryAquaDrop may assist in communicating with the vendor and resolving the complaint, but responsibility for vendor-supplied products remains with the vendor, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must review the vendor, product, quantity, price, delivery charge, deposit, delivery address, and total amount before confirming an order. Product prices and availability may vary between vendors. An order is subject to vendor acceptance and product availability.

Customers must provide an accurate address, contact number, and delivery instructions, and should be available to receive the order. Delivery slots and estimated arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, vendor/rider availability, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers must pay the total amount displayed at checkout using an available payment method. Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Any applicable delivery fee, platform fee, tax, can deposit, or other charge will be disclosed during checkout.

Order cancellations, refunds, and replacements are subject to the TryAquaDrop Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on the order status and circumstances. Customers should report missing, incorrect, damaged, leaking, or defective products promptly.

Some vendors may supply water cans on an exchange or refundable-deposit basis. Customers are responsible for returning applicable vendor-owned cans in reasonable condition. Charges may apply for lost or materially damaged cans according to the applicable vendor/TryAquaDrop policy.

Customers must provide accurate account and delivery information and must not misuse TryAquaDrop. Fake orders, fraudulent payments, promotion abuse, harassment of vendors/riders, false complaints, or other unlawful or abusive activity may result in account restrictions or suspension.

TryAquaDrop may process information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, location, and order information to provide its services. Necessary order information may be shared with the relevant vendor and rider for order fulfilment. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Customers should report concerns regarding orders, payments, vendors, riders, water quality, hygiene, or returnable cans through TryAquaDrop support. TryAquaDrop may facilitate communication and dispute resolution between the customer and vendor.

TryAquaDrop's responsibility is subject to its role as a platform and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
